Lifetime Limited Warranty:

MaveriX Manufacturing; warrants you, as original purchaser, all products purchased for a lifetime period from the date of purchase, to be free of manufacturing defects. MaveriX is not responsible for any lost or stolen products or that have been altered by any persons. This Limited Warranty is only given to the original purchases of such furniture, and is subject to all terms and conditions that are listed below.

 **This Lifetime Limited Warranty is non-transferable.**

 

All Products:

 All warrants, whether expressed or implied, cover only normal usage. No warrant, whether expressed or implied, applies to any condition resulting in misuse of furniture, abuse, transportation/delivery damage, nor any condition resulting from incorrect installation, inadequate maintenance, or cleaning and care. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and is subject to change from state to state.

 

Warranty Limitations: 

*Does not include any of the following*-

• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, or commercial use.

• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which not intended.

• The use of this product for rental use or for use in business or institutions or other heavy-duty applications.

• The matching of color, grain or texture of wood or fabric.

• Colorfastness, commercial dye lot variations, wrinkling or wear of laminates or fabric.

• The softening of filling foams/fibers under normal use.

 

Modifications: 

This warranty does not apply to any product of MaveriX Manufacturing that has been altered by any persons, dealer, or company without given written authorization/consent to do so by MaveriX Mfg. Read Terms Below.

 

Disclaimer:

No other express warranty has been made or will be made on behalf of MaveriX Manufacturing with respect to the furniture and its parts, operation, repair, or replacement of the furniture and its parts. Furthermore, no representative of MaveriX Manufacturing or its distributors are authorized to make any changes or modifications to this limited warranty.

In no event shall MaveriX Manufacturing be responsible for consequential or incidental damages such as loss of use, installation charges, re-installation charges, demolition charges, storage charges, inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, whether indirect or direct, and whether in contract or tort. In no event shall MaveriX Manufacturing’s responsibility exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In the event the warranty exclusions do not apply to you, then, where legally permissible, such implied warranties are limited in duration to the stated warranty period and no warranties apply after that period. In circumstances in which the warranty provided herein does not apply, the products involved are, where legally permissible, still subject to the above disclaimer of implied warranties and the above limitation of damages.
